Did you have a great Labor Day Weekend? I did. I spent some time in Murfreesboro, checking out the housing market and enjoying Food Truck Friday, it was an absolute blast, the DJ was stuck in the eighties, so that made me enjoy it all the more.

In August, the Rutherford County housing market saw a slight slowdown in transactions compared to last year. However, shrinking inventory is causing prices to continue trending upward. We’re currently looking at $225- $275 Median Sale Price Per Sq.Ft.
